• Dismantling/Move-out: Technical exhibits begin dismantling immediately after the hall closes on Wednesday, Dec 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Final removal of large equipment usually extends through the end of the week.

• Advance Warehouse Deadline: To ensure placement and avoid late fees, carpet and freight should be received at the Freeman warehouse approximately between Oct 26 and Nov 18, 2026.

  • Standard 10×10 Rental Carpet: $400 – $550 (Pre-cut)

  • Custom-Cut Plush Carpet: ~$7.50 – $11.00 per sq. ft.
